  • These tortillas are baked in a hot skillet and are crispy. To prepare the dough, a special method of folding and greasing with butter is used. I will describe it to you. As a result, we will get a crispy and flaky dough.
  • And this time the filling will be slightly salted cottage cheese.
  • The recipe uses whole grain flour, which gives the cakes a peculiar roughness. Complete replacement with wheat flour is possible. This is exactly what I did. By the way, milk powder is also an option. But I highly recommend using it.
  • According to the indicated proportions, we will get 4 large hearty cakes with a thick layer of curd filling.

  • 2Oriental cakes with curd filling turn on the batch at medium speed. The duration of the batch is 5 minutes. As a result, we get a soft dough that can stick to our hands very slightly. Place the dough in a container greased with vegetable oil, cover and let it rest from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
