Ingredients

dry yeast 4.5 g

Cooking method

  • 1KouglofDip the almonds in boiling water for a minute.
  • 2KouglofThrow on a sieve, rinse with cold water. Peel and pat dry on a paper towel.

  • 9KouglofAdd salt, remaining flour and butter to the dough. Knead at second speed for 10-12 minutes.

  • 12KouglofThe finished dough is very soft, silky and shiny.
  • 13KouglofRoll the raisins in flour, shake off the excess flour.

  • 16KouglofTighten the container with the dough with a film and leave for fermentation at a temperature of 27-29C degrees for two hours.
  • In the middle of fermentation, knead the dough once.

  • 18KouglofGrease the baking dish with oil (you do not need to grease the silicone mold), put the almonds.
  • 19KouglofPut the dough on the table, roll it out into a layer one centimeter thick.
  • 20KouglofRoll up. Connect the ends of the roll. Put the resulting ring into the mold.
  • 21Kouglof Proofing under a film at a temperature of 27-29C degrees for about an hour.
  • 22KouglofBake in the middle of the oven (without steam) at 200C degrees for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180C degrees and bring to readiness.
  • Cool slightly in the form, then on the wire rack.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar on warm kugloff.
