Pasta navy Express in 20 minutes

Ingredients

Macaroni (I have horns) 450 grams.
Any mince (I have a homemade one from Miratorg) 500 grams.
Turnip onion 1 PC.
Salt, pepper, favorite spices taste
Cream 10% 200 ml.
Water (boiling water) at the rate of 1 mst. per 100 grams of dry macaroons.
Grated cheese and herbs for serving.

Cooking method

  • It was in the evening, I was hungry, but not very cooked :)))!
  • Beloved Stesha came to the rescue (that is Shteba's multicooker).
  • We cook everything quickly, and eat everything without delay :)))!
  • Boil the kettle, because when you need boiling water, as always it will not be at hand: ((.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes, defrost the minced meat (I do this in the microwave), if necessary.
  • Turn on Shteba on the "Roasting" mode, time 20 minutes.
  • At the signal, pour in the oil, throw in the onion and fry it lightly.
  • Next, add the minced meat, and using a spatula well, break it up, stir and fry everything.
  • Add salt, spices and pepper to taste.
  • When the minced meat is fried, add the cream and bring to a boil.
  • Now add the macaroons, boiling water in which the salt is mixed, mix everything.
  • There should be 5-6 minutes left on the scoreboard, close the lid, it is immediately blocked, and wait for the end of the program. Let it stand for another 3-5 minutes, forcibly release the pressure, open it and ...
  • Serve with grated cheese and herbs!
