Cooking method

  • I like the combination - grated cheese, garlic, mayonnaise. This "sauce" has many uses. You can serve tomatoes with it, fried eggplant rolls, or just bake bread with it in the oven. I decided to make a vegetable cake with this "cream". So, let's begin
  • I scrolled the turkey fillet on a large grinder with onions and dill. I added an egg and semolina.
  • I rubbed the patisson on an electric grater, added a decent bunch of red chard (without central veins), 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour and a little salt.
  • Grated cheese (I had a piece of Tilsit), squeezed out 4 cloves of garlic and 300 grams of mayonnaise.
  • Preheated a large skillet at maximum and baked the first vegetable cake. We need to be patient and wait until the pancake grabs well from below. Then it will roll over without any problem.

  • We put the pancake on a plate on which we will serve our "cake" and immediately coat it with cheese cream. Now we bake the second pancake. It is also vegetable. The third minced cake. We just distribute the minced meat in the pan. I didn't manage to turn it over beautifully, but this is not the top cake.

  • Nobody except me will know that I have collected pieces of it in a circle. On top of the meat crust there are two more vegetable ones. On the penultimate one, I put a couple of thinly chopped tomatoes))
