Fish casserole

Ingredients

Fish or fish fillets 500-700g
Bulb onions 3-4 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l
Chicken eggs 3-4 pcs.
Mayonnaise 150-200g
Salt taste
Ground black pepper or fish dressing taste
Hard cheese 50-60g

Cooking method

  • Boil the fish for 7-10 minutes. Cool slightly, remove the bones and knead slightly.
  • Cut the onion into half rings and sauté in vegetable oil.
  • Stir the fish and onions, salt and season with spices. Place in a deep frying pan or baking dish.
  • Loose eggs with a fork, mix with mayonnaise. Pour over the fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 g for 20-30 minutes.
