Ingredients

Cottage cheese (preferably drier) 0.5KG
Salt 0.5 tsp
Raw egg yolk (for color) 1 PC.
Butter 20 g
Soda 0.3 tsp

Cooking method

  • Put the cottage cheese in a pan, sprinkle withaboutpour and melt, stirring, until it reaches from the spoon. Put in another container, add the yolk, oil and soda, mix quickly, return to the pan and heat for another 3-5 minutes.
