Hungarian egg pate

Ingredients

eggs (I have C1) 4 pieces
butter 40 grams
vegetable oil b / s 1 tbsp. the spoon
walnuts 50 grams
turnip onion 250 grams
salt to taste (2/3 tsp)
ground black pepper taste
garlic 1 large clove

Cooking method

  • Boil eggs hard-boiled. Refrigerate.
  • Chop the onion arbitrarily.
  • Fry until golden and tender over low heat. We use a mixture of oils.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Peel the eggs.
  • Grind nuts in a chopper.
  • Add onion, eggs, salt and garlic.
  • Grind until homogeneous.
  • Add pepper if you need more salt.
  • Let stand for about 30 minutes.

  • Enjoy)
