Note

I found the recipe on the say7 forums, thanks to the author Rina from Moscow. She has a recipe for the stove, cooking duration 4 hoursa... Here's what else she writes: "When the adjika boils, put the washed dill and cilantro stalks (together with leaves and umbrellas) folded several times in a saucepan. By the end of cooking, remove the bare stalks and discard. Thus, we will get a funky aroma and taste for our adjika! " I didn't: I decided that the aroma from the seeds of cilantro and dill would be enough.
Interestingly it happened, the aroma is wonderful.
