Meat (chicken legs) 500gr
Carrots (large) 1 PC
Onions (large) 1 PC
Rice 200gr
Vegetable oil 20ml
Spices for pilaf Taste
Garlic 3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Today I decided to cook something with rice. The day before I bought Indian tamasha rice for the first time, so I stopped on pilaf. Based on a recipe from the Kuzi recipe book. But with my adjustments.
  • Everything as usual. We turn on the program of a multicooker level 4 with a stirrer, wait until the bowl warms up, add the diced onion, fry until translucent, then the carrots (grated on a berner). Fry all the vegetables until half cooked, add the spices for pilaf, another 3-5 minutes and add the meat, cut into large pieces. It all took me about 20-30 minutes. Turn off the program, add washed rice and pour 600-700 ml of cold water. Add the cloves of garlic and turn on the Porridge / Stew program for 40 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, we enjoy an awesome aromatic pilaf. Bon Appetit!
