Ingredients

Boiled-smoked brisket 80 g
Potato (small tuber) 1 PC
Carrots (small) 1 PC
Onion (small head) 1 PC
Lentils red 1 tbsp. the spoon
Bulgur 1 tbsp. the spoon
Fresh dill 1 branch
Fresh parsley 2 branches
Spices Tuscany taste
Salt taste
Mixture of four peppers taste
Allspice 1 pea
Bay leaf tiny leaf
Water 550 ml
Tomato ketchup taste
Vegetable oil of necessity

Cooking method

  • In this heat, I don't want a soup made with meat. All last week I cooked only lean soups, and today I decided to cook soup on smoked brisket.
  • Cut the brisket into cubes, place it in the multicooker bowl. We set the "Baking" program, fry for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
  • Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a medium grater, put the vegetables in the multicooker bowl, add salt, pepper, tomato ketchup, and, if necessary, vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes with the lid closed and 5 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally.
  • Set the program "Stew. Soup", time 1 hour. Put potatoes, bulgur, lentils into the multicooker bowl, pour boiling water from the kettle. Add allspice, bay leaf, salt if necessary.
  • After 40 minutes add chopped parsley and dill, dry mix "Tuscany. Italian cuisine" from Kotanyi (or some other herbs).
  • After 10 minutes add the garlic chopped in a press. Add salt and some spices if necessary.
  • Cook the soup for the last 10 minutes.

  • Serve soup with sour cream.

Note

This soup turns out to be quite thick, if desired, you can cook it less thick.
With this cooking technology, the lentils turn out to be a little harsh (for my taste - not critical). Lentils, like all legumes, are not cooked in the presence of salt and ketchup (tomatoes); with such processing, lentils are cooked for a long time and are poorly boiled.
You can boil the lentils in a little water separately, for example in the microwave, and pour them into the soup along with the liquid. But I believe that this is not necessary, since the amount of lentils in the soup is small, this will not affect the taste of the finished product.

Instead of lentils, there was string beans, and instead of brisket, there was shish kebab. It turned out very, very much. My family ate everything with great appetite and pleasure.
