Pumpkin-linseed granola

Ingredients

3 cups oatmeal (Non-Instant)
1/4 cup flax seeds
and 1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
glass 250ml

Cooking method

  • It's not difficult to cook and lasts for two or three weeks. Excellent breakfast!
  • Granola can be eaten with yogurt, milk, and fruit puree, whichever is more preferred.
  • Pumpkin-linseed granola
  • In a large bowl, combine oatmeal and seeds and coconut
  • In a small saucepan, mix vegetable oil and honey (if necessary, heat the mixture over low heat). Then pour immediately into a bowl of oatmeal mixture.
  • Mix everything well
  • Spread the mixture on a prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely, then crumble by hand. ... Store in a well sealed container for no more than a month.
  • Pumpkin-linseed granola

GruSha, Gulenka, thanks for the recipe and magical photos ...
GruSha
Galina, thank you for your health!

Gulechka, I recognize your recipes from the photo !! Well, insanely beautiful! How, tell me, how do you do it? It would seem, well, granola, well, yogurt, but you can swallow your tongue and smear your eyes on the screen from your photos

Irina, it's all about raspberries

Do not be shy! It's all about your creative talent! You're an artist! It is not enough just to be able to photograph, you still need to see, create, and compose compositions. And you own it 100%! Bravo! We had one girl here, she came just to the competition. So her photos were also awesome, but most of the proposed recipes, frankly, are not so hot. I mean that you are unique with us! You and your dishes - you will lick your fingers (most of them are in my bookmarks), and the photo is just an aesthetic pleasure!

Gulenka, and you don't print anywhere?

Gulenka, the recipe is wonderful, thank you very much for it !!!

Interestingly, if you exclude vegetable oil, the coat will not be at all?

I'm talking nonsense, right?
GruSha

you can take a coconut))) I don’t know at all without oil, I haven’t tried it. Butter and honey envelop each nut, seed and oatmeal, due to which this deliciousness is obtained.
