Chicken and bulgur cream soup (blender soup cooker Kromax Endever Skyline BS-93)

Ingredients

Chicken breast
Bulgur
Potatoes
Carrot
Onion
Hochland melted cheese
Almette Cream Cheese
Butter
Spice
Salt
Pepper
Water

Cooking method

  • Pour water into a blender soup cooker, add salt. Install the "Soup" program, time 15 minutes. After boiling water through the inlet, add bulgur. After the end of the program, turn off the blender using the "Start. Stop" button.
  • Chop the boiled chicken breast, potatoes, onions and carrots. Remove the lid from the bowl, load the food, add salt, pepper, chicken spices, butter. If necessary, add hot water (depending on the desired density). Select the "Soup-puree" program, time 25 minutes. Add Hochland cheese and Almette cheese through the filling hole before finishing the soup.
  • Select the "Blender" program.
  • While the soup is cooking, fry the chicken breast pieces in a pan until golden brown.
  • Pour soup into bowls or bouillon cups, top with fried chicken.
  • It turned out to be a thick creamy soup, very tender and tasty.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

I didn't cook the chicken breast on purpose, just a piece remained in the refrigerator. If there is no boiled breast, then I quickly grill it. Sometimes I take ready-made, slightly smoked chicken breast tubes (they are sold in our store).

Noble soup. I can imagine its creamy taste ...

Yes, Angela, very creamy, aromatic! Bulgur fits in very well. I cook soup (not mashed potatoes, ordinary) from such ingredients in a saucepan (with pre-frying onions and carrots with ketchup), it also turns out very well. Bulgur gives such a sweet taste.

Thanks for the recipe. I'm taking it to bookmarks. I love such soups very much, I love bulgur very much, but I never cooked soup from it. I will definitely try.

Try it, Taya. What if you like it?
