Strawberry buns

Ingredients

For the test
milk 200 ml.
fresh yeast 10 gr.
butter 40 gr.
egg 1 PC.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
wheat flour 2.5 tbsp.
salt 1/4 tsp
vanillin pinch
For filling
sugar 2-3 tsp
Strawberry 300 gr.
Additionally
egg for greasing dough pieces 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in warm milk, add 2 tablespoons of flour, stir and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then add melted butter, sugar, salt, vanillin, vegetable oil and an egg, flour until a thick bun (you may need more or less). We give the dough to double, divide into 10-12 parts.
  • Roll out the dough into a round cake, make cuts on the sides, put a few strawberries in the middle of each cake, sprinkle with sugar. Then we shift one edge of the cut to the opposite side, and also the other. More details - in the photo.

  • We put the finished buns on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, grease with a beaten egg, send them to bake until golden brown in an oven preheated to 180C without preliminary proving.
  • Dust the buns with powdered sugar.
