Broccoli and celery puree soup with secret ingredient (Kromax Endever Skyline BS-93 soup blender)

Ingredients

Broccoli
Celery
Potatoes
Bulb onions
Hochland Processed Cheese
Almette Cream Cheese
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Secret ingredient
Water

Cooking method

  • Such a soup, I think, is brewed by all lovers of mashed soups, but this recipe includes one ingredient that I have used in soups for the first time.
  • Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences, chop potatoes, celery and onions and load into the bowl of a soup cooker, add salt, pepper, butter. Add the dry spice "Greek Salad" from my favorite KOTANYI brand (this is the secret ingredient). Pour in water (depending on the desired density).
  • Select the "Puree soup" program. Towards the end of the program add Hochland cheese, Almette cheese.
  • Select the "Blender" program.
  • It turned out to be a very delicate puree soup! The spice for the Greek salad fit in very well!
  • Bon Appetit!

But for me the discovery was processed cheese ... I never added it ... I must try ..
Taia
I love this soup!
Let me draw your attention to your secret ingredient. I put in other spices, but I will definitely try your version.
Thanks for the recipe!
And I will also suggest an option: put zucchini instead of potatoes.
Melalenka
AlenKa, melted cheese is the secret ingredient in the "student" or "poor student" soup
Tatyana, thanks for the great idea and the combination of broccoli with celery (for me, who is always losing weight, the most THAT!). I will definitely add your secret ingredient, and cheese ... Eh ... I will decrease it .. I need to lose weight, I need to lose weight (this is my mantra on my favorite site, I look, lick my lips and repeat)

Alyonka, I cook all the mashed soups with cheeses and butter, I can't even imagine without them. Try for the sake of experiment. Maybe you will like it too? By the way, I have three more recipes for such soups hanging there, take a look on occasion

Taya, thanks for stopping by. I also put the zucchini in such a soup, and also green peas, sometimes leeks (I just wanted this one yesterday). In general, I love all sorts of spices, I always experiment with them. What spices do you add? If it's not a secret, of course

Elena, even if I’m losing weight, I cannot refuse cheese in soup. By the way, if I were a "very poor student," I wouldn’t refuse cheese anyway (I would save on something else) There I still have recipes for soups- mashed potatoes hang, drop by on occasion

What's the secret.
Put Curry (gentle) and whisper Curry (sharp).
And, as it seems to me, always in dishes where melted cheese or cream is put, you need nutmeg, a pinch. Enriches the taste.
I love soups like that. You just need to choose spices for yourself.
And I, too, from the category of always losing weight, but I really like to put cheese in such a soup, namely Hochland in a bath.
mirtatvik
Thank you, Taya! Curry is great! I like to add nutmeg (just a little) to soups cooked in chicken broth. It turns out very mentally! You should try adding it to other soups.
It is Hochland in the bath !!!

I'll go for another soup with salmon and refresh my memory ...
mirtatvik
You know, having a soup cooker always helps me to inspect the refrigerator. Yesterday, for example, I cooked soup from potatoes, onions, carrots, parsley, dill, cheese and five pieces of uncooked sausage (accidentally left, but I didn't want to eat it anymore). The result is always excellent, you are absolutely right)))
Look more from crab sticks, I really liked it)))
Bifida
Thanks to the author of the recipe, an insanely delicious soup turned out!
And even without the secret ingredient and cheese.
Added coconut cream.
Delight!

And how much use!
Thank you!
mirtatvik
Bifida, Elena, thank you for your attention to the recipe! If animal products are not consumed in principle, then lean mayonnaise or soy cheese can be added. I think it tastes good with coconut cream too. I'm glad you liked the soup!
Bifida
mirtatvik, I'm waiting for new delicious recipes!
mirtatvik
Bifida, take a look, I have 10 of them displayed there
The rest will be issued someday
Bifida
mirtatvik, Thank you!
