The youngest child not only does not recognize meat, but also chokes on even a small crumb. Therefore, my goal is to cook beef as healthy and gentle as possible with veins and spit.
I don’t like to boil meat - then it’s a pity for the broth, and all the usefulness goes there. Veal is not affordable.

The principle is the same here. I start cooking in the evening.
The amount of meat is given per serving for a single use. I cut the beef into a couple of pieces. I put it in foil. I grease it with sour cream. I cook without salt. I do not close the foil tightly, but simply collect it to the top.
I put in a plate and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then put the pressure cooker on a double boiler with a glass of water. Steam mode time 2 hours Maximum pressure. But I leave it all night.

Note
In the morning the meat is soft. Plus flavored jelly.
I don't know how to cook in a multicooker without the function of a pressure cooker. We must adapt ourselves.
