Mega Chocolate Crunchy Cakes

Ingredients

for cake
bitter chocolate 100 g
nutella 50gr
butter 50gr
puffed rice 50gr
caramelized or candied nut crumb 40 g
for filling
chocolate 150 g
odorless vegetable oil 2-3 st. spoons
nuts (the same crumb) 40 g

Cooking method

  • Melt chocolate, butter and nutella in a water bath, add nuts and puffed rice, mix

Send it to the freezer for another hour, so that everything is finally frozen.
  • You can store it in the freezer in a tightly closed container for two months. But this deliciousness will not last so long.

Caramelized Nuts
We need:
80 ml water
110 g sugar
105 grams of nuts in pieces
Make a syrup from sugar and water, add nuts and boil for 3 minutes.
Drain the syrup through a colander, put the nuts on baking paper in a thin even layer, in an oven preheated to 160 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Cool and punch in the kitchen combine, literally a couple of turns, with impulses.
