Kefir cream dessert

Ingredients

kefir 0.5 l.
sour cream 200 gr.
instant gelatin 10 gr.
hot water (60-70C) 50 gr.
sugar 100 g
vanillin pinch
chocolate, poppy seeds, nuts, berries to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in hot water, stir until dissolved.
  • Separately mix kefir, sour cream, sugar and vanillin until the sugar dissolves, add the dissolved gelatin, mix well and send it to the refrigerator until it thickens slightly (about 20 minutes). We take out the container with the cream from the refrigerator and beat the cream with a mixer, pour it into molds or glasses, you can add any fillers to your liking. We send until completely solidified in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
