Salmon and smoked salmon in a creamy sauce (electric oven)

Ingredients

Fresh salmon
Smoked salmon
Parsley
Sour cream
Tartar sauce
Almette Cream Cheese
Spices (see below)
Rosemary

Cooking method

  • Pickle salmon (salt, pepper, spices "Grill Goldfish" from KOTANYI) for half an hour. Wrap in parchment paper and place on grill plates. Cook for 5 minutes at 4 and 5 minutes at 3 heat. The fish can be cooked in any way you want.
  • Mix pieces of grilled salmon (pitted) with pieces of smoked salmon. We take more fresh fish than smoked fish (about 4: 1)
  • Cooking the sauce: sour cream, Calve "Tartar" sauce, "Almette" cream cheese, "For fish dishes" spices from KOTANYI, "Lime and pepper" spices from Santa Maria, parsley, rosemary. The sauce can be prepared with any ingredients, as long as it has a rich creamy taste.
  • We put the fish in cocotte makers, fill it with sauce and place it in an oven heated to 200 degrees. We bake for 10 minutes.
