Pie Children's joy

Ingredients

wheat flour 500 gr.
milk 250 ml.
pressed yeast 15 gr.
salt 1 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
marmalade 300-350 gr.
vegetable oil (in dough) 6 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil for lubricating the mold 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • First we prepare dough... Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the egg, salt, sugar, flour (immediately take 450 grams, add if necessary), at the end of the batch add vegetable oil. The gingerbread man should not be very tight, but also should not stick to your hands. We send the finished dough for proofing for 30 minutes. You can slightly reduce the amount of yeast in the dough, but then we give more time for proofing.
  • We turn on the oven to warm up to 180C, we are doing the dough ourselves. We spread the third part of the dough (maybe half) on the bottom of a detachable form greased with vegetable oil.
  • We roll out the rest of the dough not very thinly and cut out circles with a glass, like on dumplings, then cut these circles in half, spread the marmalade on each half (or part of the marmalade, if they are large), swaddle, leaving one side open, and put it in a mold on the dough - it can be denser, it can be a little looser, the dough will still do. Let the cake stand for another five minutes and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Note

You can take any marmalade you like, regular and chewy is suitable, but with chewy it is not so sweet, if you use it, I recommend that you grease it with syrup five minutes before the pie is ready.
A detachable form with a diameter of 22 cm is small for this cake, there is a decent piece of dough that I use for pies, then for yeast pancakes, today I got a pretty bar of 250 grams.

The sugar dissolves, around the gummy dough is obtained, as it were, soaked in a little syrup. You can take gummies, but I don't like it - not sweet
