Ingredients

Warm milk 350 ml
Fresh yeast 30 g
Sugar 140 g
Butter 70 g
Egg 1 large
Salt Oh, 5 tsp
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Load all the ingredients into the bread maker according to the instructions, knead the dough for 20 minutes.
  • The dough is very soft, elastic, non-sticky.
  • Put the dough from the bread machine into a bowl, cover with plastic foil and leave to rise until doubled, about 1.5 hours.
  • Knead the dough that comes up, you can stir in raisins, candied fruits or nuts.
  • Form a cake on a baking sheet (I baked on a large one, from the oven), cover with foil and leave to prove in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  • Grease the surface of the pie with a loose egg and bake in the oven at 200 g for about 30 minutes.
