Ingredients

Butter (room t) 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Eggs (SB) 2 pcs.
Flour 150 gr.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Rhubarb 250-300 gr.
Glaze:
Butter (room t) 50 gr.
Sugar 50 gr.
Egg (SB) 1 PC.
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Coconut flakes 100 g

Cooking method

  • Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Beat eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Mix flour with baking powder, sift, gradually add to the oil mixture. The dough should be thick. Put the dough into a mold with a diameter of 25-26 cm, flatten. Spread the rhubarb on top, cut into small pieces. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until a dry match. While the cake is baking, combine all the icing ingredients. The mass should turn out to be thick. Put the icing on the cake, smooth. Bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown
