Ingredients

First dough:
dry yeast 1 tsp
wheat flour c. from. 280 g
water 210 g
salt 0.25 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l
Second dough:
first dough all
wheat flour c. from. 50 g
salt 0.5 tsp
butter 40 g
vegetable oil 15 g
Additionally:
butter 35 g

Cooking method

  • First dough:
  • Mix yeast with flour, add warm water, salt and sugar. Stir until all flour is evenly moistened.
  • Tighten the container with the dough with foil and leave to ferment at room temperature for an hour and a half.

  • Add salt, vegetable oil, softened butter and the remaining flour to the first dough. Knead a soft, smooth, non-sticky dough. Leave to ferment at room temperature for one hour.

  • Put the finished dough on the table. Roll out into a long layer. Brush with melted butter. Roll up.
  • Roll the roll on the table, stretching along its length.
  • Roll up the roll with a snail. Transfer the dough piece to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Proofing under the foil for one hour.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 230C (convection 210C) degrees with steam for the first 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 190C (convection 170C) degrees and bring the bread to readiness.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
