My Favorite Recipes (Shyrshunchik)Milanese bun
(ang-kay)


wheat flour / grade (strong is needed) 200 grams (100/100-simple flour / strong flour)
gluten (if the flour is regular) 6 grams (1 tsp. with a slide)
olive oil (I have linseed oil) 20 grams (2 tbsp. l.)
unfermented malt 4 grams (1 heaped tsp)
instant yeast 2.5 grams (slightly less than 1 tsp) total
water 0-20 grams (I do not add)
salt 9 grams (1.5 tsp)

(I have a teaspoon = measuring spoon from a mulinex bread machine)
I bake every day, form small baguettes, divide the dough into 78 grams - 8 pcs.

Yeast 4 g (1 tsp. With a slide) (or 10 g pressed)
Salt 8 g (1.5 tsp)
Mustard oil 50 ml (45-46 g)
Sugar 10g (2.5 tsp)
After mixing the butter and sugar, I set it for 1.5 hours for fermentation.
Baked in bread tins L-6, as well as in a bread machine - French mode, always an excellent result.

Dry yeast 2 tsp with a slide
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp l.
olive oil 4 tbsp l. or 46g
Add oil at the very end of the batch.

Butter 60 gr
Wheat flour VS 600 gr
Yeast (dry) 7gr (2 tsp.)
Sugar 25 gr (2 tbsp. L.)
Salt 9 gr (1.5 tsp)
Eggs 55 gr (1 pc)
Kneading in a bread maker. Bake for 25-30 minutes

It turns out very tasty if you decorate it with a cake. Cake with and without cocoa. Saturate with custard.

Liqueur Lemon honey on cognac.

1-2 lemons
when the lemon is infused, beat with a blender, you get a liquid zest (it is very good to add to baked goods).

I add a little more oatmeal, but no longer ground. I cut it into 8 parts, but I lay out each part separately, so they bake more beautifully.

Lemon juice for soda quenching
Vanilla
Flour 480g
Protein mass: you can beat 2 squirrels
Proteins 6 pcs.
Sugar 300 g
Cream:
Sl. oil 200 g
Boiled condensed milk 0.5 cans.

Add grated cranberries to the interlayer for acidity with almost no sugar.
