Cooking method

  • 1. Wash zucchini and carrots, peel and cut into long slices with a vegetable peeler.
  • 2. Take a zucchini plate, put a carrot plate on it and roll it up. In the original recipe, the rolls were rolled separately, that is, zucchini and carrots separately. But my carrot didn’t want to keep its shape, it seemed to cut it thin.
  • 3. The resulting rolls are placed on a greased form.
  • 4. Put tomato circles on the sides.
  • 5. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, finely grated cheese, garlic and fill the vegetables with the mixture.
  • 6. Put in a preheated oven and bake until tender.
  • 7. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
