Ingredients

dough:
wheat flour 100gr
egg 1 PC
turmeric, vegetable oil (1-2h l) pinch
wheat flour 100gr
spinach (frozen in tablets) 2 pcs
vegetable oil 1h l

tomato paste 2st l
vegetable oil
filling:
Minced meat 500gr
onion 2-3pcs
garlic 3 wedges
potatoes 1-2
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • These are my next ideas for a color test.
  • I prepared three types of dough, yellow with turmeric, green with spinach and orange with tomato paste.

  • At first glance, the crumb seems a little dry, but it gathers well into a ball and after several hours in the refrigerator, it becomes more humid.
  • I put the dough in bags and put it in the refrigerator. It lay with me for a day.

Note
