Ingredients

Grated cheese 50 g
Sun-dried tomatoes 5-6 pcs
Dried basil 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Flour / s 450 g
Small oat flakes 50 g
Water 320-340 ml
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Fresh yeast 16 g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1.5 h l

Cooking method

  • Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into raisin-sized pieces, add the dried basil and pour over with olive oil (I have it flavored with tomatoes, basil and garlic)
  • Stir the yeast in lukewarm water with sugar
  • Add flakes to the flour (potato is also possible), pour out the yeast cocktail.
  • And let it just stand for 20 minutes while you can rub the cheese on a fine grater
  • Add cheese, egg, sour cream, salt on top and knead the dough for five minutes, add chopped tomatoes (along with butter, of course) and knead for 10-15 minutes. I did kneading with a hook. Leave the dough for proofing for an hour and a half.
  • Before planting in the oven, slightly grease with milk
  • We form buns or a loaf and bake at 170 degrees with convection or 180 degrees without convection.

I made 1.5 servings and I got 10 buns (100 g each) and one decent loaf
To make such a bun -
Flatten a hundred-gram blank into a cake and form a mini loaf, leave for 5-7 minutes and roll into a bundle of 30 cm. Tie with a knot and blind the ends. Use your thumb to make a depression in the center to the bottom and place the tomato. Above is a drop of fragrant oil. Proofing for 40 minutes under the foil.
