Ingredients

Pearl barley 1.5 m. St
Purchased meatballs 1 pack. 350 gr.
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Salt, peppercorns taste
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Water 3 m. St.

Cooking method

  • I washed the pearl barley. I did not defrost meatballs from the freezer. Grated carrots on a coarse grater. Diced the onion at random. I cooked in a Teflon bowl. We turn on the "frying" mode for 10 minutes. After the signal, pour in vegetable oil, put onions, carrots and fry. After frying, add barley, salt, peppercorns. We mix everything. Fill with water. Put all the meatballs on top. We turn on the "porridge" mode d 0.7; 30 minutes

Time for preparing:

10 + 30 = 40 minutes
