Cooking method

  • Another clean and tasty recipe is a favorite in my family.
  • Let's start with toppings, because everything is fast with the dough.
  • Boil the chicken, detach the meat from the bones, chop it slightly, fry in a skillet with chopped onions. Rub the cheese on a medium grater.
  • For the filling, you can also use - fresh tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, sausage, boiled eggs, sausages, some smoked meats or leftover meat from a previous meal, fish, you can make greases with only one onion, and also use fruits in the filling, for example- bananas.
  • Dough
  • Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup of warm milk, add a tablespoon of sugar.
  • Sift the flour, rub margarine into it, add salt and the remaining milk, mix slightly and pour in the "noisy" yeast (I usually have them not only noisy, but also with such a good hat). If the dough is sticky, add a little flour.
  • Molding
  • Without spreading the dough, divide it into balls of 50-60 grams (I have 18 pieces of 50 grams each), roll each ball into a thin cake, put it on a baking sheet, grease the middle of the cake with tomato sauce (you can mix it with mayonnaise), then on top We spread and slightly press the fried meat with onions (or other filling) into the cake, sprinkle with cheese, grease the edges of the cake with a beaten egg and send it to the oven preheated to 170C until tender.
  • In the main photo there is a grease with sausage, these are with chicken Smazhanki
  • Here with sausage, with chicken, with tomatoes
  • Smazhanki Smazhanki
  • Bon Appetit!

Tina, what are the differences from the Tumanchikovs' greases?
Public catering grease
Are they somehow different? (I am not very versed in national cuisine). Public catering did very much)))), really like mini-pizzas, only the dough is special.
Chef
Let's, if they are the same, I will attach this recipe to that topic.
V-tina
Natasha, first of all, they differ in the method of preparation, Irishka's dough is semi-liquid, with proofing + more pouring, here the dough is rolled out, the composition of the dough, the method of preparation, and the taste, is completely different. Ira and I live in different cities, I have not seen such greases as in her recipe in our city

Mother, well, an excellent recipe, what can I say. But this is not grease at all!
I understand, of course, that you, a decent woman, do not go to hot places and do not eat semi-finished products, but just pay attention to the cooking departments of supermarkets and eateries

(by the way, under the first table from the window on the left side I am lying around. there is a sign with the address on my neck. do not leave the commander, deliver to the house!)

well, even in Rublevsky!

characteristic for grease (grease) - thick with large bubbles (spongy) airy slightly rubbery dough and wavy edge. little filling and always filling.

although ... it's like potato pancakes. the name is one, but the sea of recipes!

Ira, I saw your greases, the dough there, of course, is fundamentally different from what is in my recipe. I just began to doubt about the filling - maybe they are poured in cafes, but my recipe is already 20 years old - I always made it with a sprinkle of cheese
