Sausages in puff pastry

Ingredients

Sausages optional
Yeast-free puff pastry 1 sheet
Yolk for lubrication
Sesame for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Roll out the dough sheet (if necessary, cutting off the excess) so that its width is equal to the length of each sausage, and the length exceeds the total length of the sausages stacked next to each other (it is not clearly written, but everything is clear from the photo) and cut into strips. Bending every second strip to the side, place the first sausage across the middle.

  • Return the bent strips back and fold the odd ones. Place the second sausage next to it.

  • So continue weaving to the end, then do the same on the other side of the central sausage.
  • Lubricate the "rug" with yolk, sleep with sesame seeds

I did it in the microwave on the oven mode ... I sin that our sausages are bad, they always crack in half along with me and in the sausage.
