Lemon sour cream waffles

Ingredients

250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g sugar
¼ h. L. salt
zest from 1 large lemon
1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
2 eggs
300g sour cream
120ml milk

Cooking method

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl (including lemon zest). In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir.
  • Bake in a waffle iron according to the instructions for use.

Gulya, I'm with a report. As planned, made waffles for breakfast. The dough for my waffle iron turned out to be watery. In order for the waffle to turn out to be lush, even, of the correct shape, the dough must be poured so much that it would be distributed evenly in shape and slightly with a slide. The batter doesn't have time to set when I close the waffle iron and it starts to creep out on the sides, so a thicker dough is needed for my waffle iron. The first batch was made according to the recipe, in the photo this is the right waffle, and then I added flour to the desired consistency and got the waffle that is on the left. Naturally, the lemon scent is felt stronger in the first. I definitely leave the recipe, I will just add more flour and, accordingly, lemon juice.
