Mushroom caviar with beans

Ingredients

fresh mushrooms (I have champignons) 400 gram
boiled beans 200 grams
turnip onion 1 piece
vegetable oil 4-5 st. spoons
ground black pepper taste
salt taste

Cooking method

  • You can boil beans yourself or take ready-made beans in cans.
  • If cooked, soak overnight.
  • Drain, pour fresh and boil until tender. The beans should be very soft.
  • Chop the onion and mushrooms arbitrarily.
  • Lightly fry the onion.
  • Add mushrooms, fry.
  • Close the lid, screw on the fire.
  • Put out 10 minutes.
  • Purée beans and mushrooms with onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • If necessary, add a decoction of beans to make the caviar more plastic.
