Cottage cheese (360 g - 2 packs), 3 yolks, salt, zest from 1 lemon and juice from it (about 2-3 tablespoons) + 1.5 tablespoons of starch - blend. Proteins from 3 eggs + 50 g of sugar ( Not really it turns out sweetly) - beat until firm foam in a separate container. Combine the proteins with the curd mixture (do not forget about the air bubbles - we need them for the airiness of our baking) and pour the dough into a bowl, onto a gingerbread (or cookies) cake.

Time for preparing:

1h50min

Cooking program:

* omelet * 90 * (degrees)

Note

Let our cheesecake stand in the bowl for about 15 minutes, it will move away from the walls by itself. Pour your favorite fondant on top (I have coffee). Bon Appetit! I cut it while still hot, so the cut is in the fondant.

Rita, bake! It turns out that the cake is low-calorie. Especially after the refrigerator!

Next week. Today I have already exhausted the cottage cheese. There is no time tomorrow, guests are on Saturday. Otherwise they will eat it right with a plate

Thank you, Olenka!
A couple of days ago, I also had an inspiration to bake a similar cake in a dozen. I even bought Jubilee cookies.
Then, however, the cookies disappeared, and the inspiration disappeared somewhere.
NuuuuNu, but here I really can't get out. Even the recipe instruction is ripe.
Thank you, Olenka!

Olya, what role does lemon juice play? and no soda?

It turns out that curd-lemon Soda is not needed, it acquires airiness due to the whipped proteins (in the central photo, the bubbling can be seen), but the mass does not rise much during baking, which I put, it turned out almost like that, maybe in cm the difference ...
Irgata
yeah, thanks, Ol, and will you give a link to the fondant?
petu
I have no link. and I have it for coffee. : girl_red: I mixed a teaspoon of coffee + a teaspoon of water - I put it in the microwave as soon as it boiled, took it out of the micry, mixed it, added a tablespoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of oil and again in the microwave for 10 seconds (I removed the power to 600, - otherwise the sour cream will boil and curl up, but you just need to warm it up), mixed it again and poured cheese on top ... That's it.

Olya! How delicious and beautiful! I took it to the bookmarks, because there is no cottage cheese right now, otherwise I would have run as fast as possible to the oven.
How do you shake such tall cheese out of the mold? Is there any secret?
Eh, it's a pity that I don't have very good baked goods in my Shtebka, I'll probably put it in the oven.
And I will make the cake either from chocolate cookies or from plain, but I will chop the dark chocolate in pieces there so that I can lure my husband into a tasty treat

it is on the table, it will stand in the bowl, it moves away from the walls ... Filka has a small pot, I turn it over on a plate, and then again, right on to another ...
Tricia
Eh, so far from the Stebin's uniform it jumps out onto the first plate ... something will break off! to see the little hands are crooked. But I will try!
I will definitely bring the report one of these days!
petu
Nastya, you can try it with the help of Stebina - a double boiler. Shteba bakes well, I like it, and indeed a cool cartoon ... I'll wait for the report ..
Tricia
Olya, can you advise which regime to choose from Shteba? I have DD1. On Kasha min 50? Or a little?

I have DD1
I don't know, I have a second one, 6 liter ... (it's easier - you set any temperature and time). If it is possible (and it seems possible, then 100 * and 1 hour 10 minutes) - check and, if something to bake ..
Tricia
Thanks for the advice on the Stebkin regime!
Yes, in baking, it is these Shafts that are different ... Okay, less experiment, more experiment. Maybe the mood will be baked in the oven
