  • - a couple of potatoes or 2 tables. l. steamed rice (if my potatoes are over, I use rice instead of it in soups until the next harvest)
  • - on the table. l. dried carrots, beets, onions and cabbage
  • - a couple of tables. l. homemade ketchup
  • - if the meat removed from the bones has already been eaten, then I put 4-5 meatballs in the meat plate for the presence in the plate, usually always in the freezer
  • - I put on stewing or milk porridge for an hour - I usually have such quicksoups either Panasonic10 or Redmond02
  • - usually a little salt and pepper
  • - that's all - let's go for a walk with the dog
  • But today I forgot to add salt, and he was without meatballs, because a flat cake with meatballs - instead of bread, she poured soup into her bowl - lightly salted, yeah - but she took and added a tablespoon of sauerkraut to her bowl - she vigorous, crunchy, crumbled on a small burner, it was very tasty for me, my husband also checked out such a vitamin supplement.
  • The cabbage, having stood for the winter, became sour, although it did not lose its crunchiness. In a hot soup, it turned out to be very appropriate.

I cook the broths in a 6.5-liter slow cooker, peel the meat from the bones, not too much of it there, in a container under the lid - either in a soup or for a second, and pour the broth itself hot into clean jars with screw lids, and in the refrigerator - it's well worth a month , convenient - no words like, thanks to Tanya-Admin.

Flatbread with meatballs - I roll out a simple bread dough into a flatbread, use my finger to check the windows in the dough and insert the meatballs into them, bake in a pizza maker, in the oven too

Cabbage soup is also good with this addition.
