Peanut paste 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until thickened. Whisking continuously, add sour cream, then peanut butter. Gradually add sifted rye flour, then wheat flour (it is possible that less wheat flour is needed). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Cabout about 25 minutes, willingness to check with a match

The dish is designed for

19-20 pieces

Note

This recipe is my improvisation. Cupcakes are airy with a pronounced peanut flavor. Rye flour cannot be guessed at all. Next time I'll try to add more of it

If it is not possible (like mine, for example) to buy peanut butter, it doesn't matter - you can easily make it yourself

Elven, I liked the recipes so much, but for some reason only the final photos are opened ... In the middle - no. And in the pasta recipe too. I thought that something was wrong with me, I checked it on the latest recipes. Everything opens fine there ... But I really wanted to see all the photos.
Moreover, I was looking for a recipe for peanut butter. And my cupcake molds are the same ...
Thanks for the recipes, though. I think that even though I don't see the photo, I will use both recipes ...
Girls, is it just I don't see the photo?

And a follow up question ... How much dough to put in the molds? Full? Or ... Apparently, you have this moment in the photo. But I don't see them ...

You know, I decided to "walk" according to your recipes. And all recipes have the same story. Or I have some kind of glitch on my computer, or .. Although I have not seen this in the recipes of other authors.

And what are the final photos? The one at the very top?
Zoya
Somehow, for technical questions, they left the topic ...
Lena, your recipe is super! Loved how high the cupcakes went up. And the composition is captivating. I will bake! And I will also make pasta according to your recipe. I specially bought peanuts for her a week ago. And I was looking for the recipe. Now you don't need to search. I will do it according to yours.

It is clear, the top one is loaded through the Bread Maker gallery, the rest through the photo exchanger. I will not do this anymore. Just for 3 years no one has complained. I can send pictures of the paste in a personal message. And in this recipe I will correct

Oh, Lena ... Well, I asked you to work .. Excuse me. Now I understand. Since no one has complained, I alone shouldn't change your recipe habits.

It's not difficult for me, this is my jamb. If no one complained, it does not mean that everyone can see the pictures.
Now in a personal I will send a photo of the paste.

Irishka, knowing your love for peanut butter cookies, I'm sure you will like the cupcakes So I'm waiting for impressions from you too

Elven, Lena, I forget to report. Muffins made immediately, interesting, my first sweet pastries in rye flour. On the second day, I liked it more - I could hear the taste of peanuts. Baked in the oven and for experiment in the microwave. The difference is in taste and texture. A small-pored cake comes out of the microwave, like a sponge-biscuit, the taste is lost, so it tastes better from the oven. But if you hold it in the micro for a minute longer and put it off to dry, you get an excellent waffle. My son also insisted on adding apple pieces, so the flowers are also with an apple.

And this is with chocolate peanut butter in addition
Peanut-rye muffins
In micro baked at a power of 750-800 3 min. if 4, then it comes out drier (on the left in the photo you can see that the waffle has become smaller). If it's 4.5 minutes, then the dough is already burning inside
Elven
Elya, great cupcakes and waffles turned out And thanks for the experiment with the microwave

so it will be even tastier!
