Snails from puff pastry with cinnamon

Ingredients

Puff yeast dough 2 plates
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Defrost the dough plates and roll out slightly. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle the dough in a thin, even layer. Cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide and roll each strip into a "snail". Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and place the snails at a distance of 2-3 cm, taking into account the fact that they will rise and increase in size during baking. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
