Hake fillet with steamed broccoli in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502

Ingredients

Hake fillet 200 gr.
Frozen broccoli 300 gr.
Herb mix 1 tsp
Sea salt 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grate the hake fillet with salt, a mixture of herbs and cut into portions. Put the prepared hake fillet, frozen broccoli in the bowl of a multicooker for steaming and sprinkle with olive oil. Pour water into the main bowl of the multicooker to the desired mark and set the "Steam cooking" mode for 15 minutes, excluding the boiling time of the water.
  • Serve with buckwheat garnish.
