Ingredients

Dough

sugar 6 tbsp. spoons (120 grams)
wheat flour / grade 4 tbsp. heaping spoons (80 grams)
cocoa 3 tbsp. heaped spoons (40 grams)
vanilla taste
salt pinch
Cream
water 60 grams
sugar 30 grams
cream 33% fat 150 grams
strawberry fund 35 grams
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • You don't need to separate anything.
  • Just break the eggs, add a pinch of salt, sugar and vanillin.
  • Beat with a mixer for 10-15 minutes (depending on the power of the mixer).
  • The mass turns white, triples in volume.
  • Finished beaten eggs do not fall off when you pick them up.

  • Beat the cream with sugar until hard peaks.
  • Dilute the foundation (stabilizer for strawberry cream and strawberry pieces) with water. The water should be 25 degrees.
  • Use a spatula to combine foundation and whipped cream.
  • Assembly
  • Lubricate the cooled cake with cream. Don't try to spread it in a huge layer. For such a cake, 250-270 grams of cream is enough.

  • Wrap in paper, then in a bag and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
