  • Simple and incredibly tasty, both hot and cold. The pork was chosen very lean, I thought it would turn out dry and fall apart. But no, the slow cooker works wonders!
  • Preparation
  • - Bring the water to a boil with crushed allspice and coriander, bay leaf, pour in a spoonful of vinegar (this is a wish). For lovers of a sweet taste, you can add 1 hour. l. sugar, but it seems to me that he somehow does not go to rosemary. Cool the marinade and dip the well-washed meat into it. The meat should be completely covered with marinade. close the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for at least a day, a maximum of three days.
  • To be honest, when there is no time, I just dissolve everything well in water, the main thing is that the salt dissolves and does not settle to the bottom.
  • - As time passes, we take out a piece of meat, dry it well and roll it in dried spices - in dry garlic, Adyghe salt, paprika, black pepper, rosemary, ground coriander.
  • - On a dry, hot, teflon-coated pan, quickly from all sides! fry a piece of meat so that the meat itself grabs, and the spices do not burn. They only have to reveal their scent. With this method, the spices are imprinted on the meat.

  • - Transfer the piece of meat to the potato pillow in the slow cooker. I washed the potatoes well, cut them into two without peeling them, sprinkled them with olive oil and laid them skin down. I didn't salt it. Put a bay leaf on the meat and a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary, if any. But with him just a divine aroma! It grows on my windowsill.

  • If you immediately cut the meat and serve, then the lean pork is slightly stratified. After a 24-hour exposure in the refrigerator, the boiled pork, tightly packed in foil, ripens and is cut very well.
  • Adjust the pungency to taste, but it is with rosemary that we like spicy and strongly "garlic".

Note

The pork got so lean that there was no liquid at the bottom of 1 cm, but it was baked and turned out to be not very high in calories. We ate with kimchi from Lena Tim. Harmoniously!
