Quick Whey Cupcake (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

Serum 120 ml.
Sugar 160 ml.
Egg 1 PC.
Soda ¼ h. L.
Flour 160 g
Cherry or sweet cherry 1 handful
Decoration:
Protein 2 pcs.
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Dye pink 2 drops
Heart-shaped jewelry

Cooking method

  • 1. Knead the egg, whey, sugar, soda and flour dough. It should have a consistency like thick sour cream.
  • 2. Pour the dough into a multicooker bowl and sprinkle with berries on top. Set the "Bake" mode for 45 minutes. Then leave it unheated in a covered multicooker for another 15 minutes.
  • 3. Take out the cupcake and cool.
  • 4. Whisk the protein with sugar until fluffy. Add a couple of drops of food coloring to make it pink. Place with a spoon or envelope on top of the cake and decorate with hearts.

Note

Serum can be replaced with kefir or yogurt. But use less flour to prevent the dough from becoming too thick.
