Cooking method

  • Pour oatmeal with yogurt, add sour cream, stir and leave for 40 minutes. Then add soft butter and stir well.
  • Beat the egg lightly with sugar, salt and spices. Mix with rolled oats. Add flour with baking powder and stir until smooth.
  • Cut the cheese and ham (or sausage) into small cubes and stir into the dough. I had to add 1 tbsp. l. kefir, because the dough is too thick.
  • Grease the molds with butter or margarine, sprinkle evenly with flour. I baked in ramekins.
  • Divide the dough into tins 3/4 of the height, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top and bake in the oven at 190 gr. 30-35 minutes, or until done.

Note

The muffins turned out to be very tasty, I didn't even expect such a result. It can be consumed both warm and cold. The husband said that it was not just tasty, but very tasty, and ordered it to be repeated.
I came up with the recipe myself, honestly. I wanted something like that ... So I fantasized. It is very convenient to take with you on the road or to work as a snack. An alternative to a banal sandwich.
Something like that!
