Vegetarian rice mayonnaise

boiled round grain rice - 100 g
olive oil or any other - 200 ml
salt - 1/2 tsp.
sugar - 1. tsp.
lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l
ready-made mustard - 1 tsp

Boil the rice in a 1: 4 ratio for 30 minutes, the rice should be slightly boiled. Cool completely and discard on a sieve, do not pour the broth, it will still be useful to us.
Pour half of the vegetable oil into the rice and beat with a blender into a homogeneous puree. Add mustard and beat again with a blender. The mass will be slightly flakes, but this is normal, the process is in progress.
Now use a mixer or whisk and gradually add oil.
The amount of oil (+ -) 50 ml, adjust according to the situation.
If the sauce is too thick, then you can add a decoction (we work with a whisk).
Season the finished mass with salt, sugar and lemon juice, leave for 10 minutes.

It was very difficult to combine rice with the first oil, even when I was punching with a blender. Then I changed my leg to a whisk and added a decoction out of frustration.
Here the mass became homogeneous and the oil "disappeared" and began to calmly add the remaining oil.
