Ingredients

any mature leaven 200 g
premium wheat flour 200 g
milk 300 ml
chicken egg 3 pcs.
baking powder 1 tsp
soda 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 40-50 g

Cooking method

  • Heat the milk, mix with eggs, sugar and sourdough. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Knead the dough (you can beat with a mixer or whisk) and leave for half an hour.
  • Heat the waffle iron and bake the waffles for 3-4 minutes.
