Ingredients

butter (margarine) I have 50 to 50 70 grams
sugar 100g
wheat flour / grade 180 grams

milk 150 grams
lemon zest 1 tsp
salt pinch
turmeric 1/5 tsp
baking powder 2 tsp

lemon juice 100g
egg C1 2 pieces
lemon zest 1.5 tsp
turmeric option pinch
butter 300 grams
sugar 280 gram

Cooking method

  • All foods should be at room temperature.
  • Dough
  • Beat butter (margarine) with sugar and salt.
  • Add the egg. Beat.
  • Pour milk. Mix.
  • Mix flour with turmeric, baking powder and zest.
  • Add to liquid ingredients and stir with a spoon.
  • The dough is like a pancake.
  • Fill out the forms about 2/3.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • Get it. Refrigerate.
  • Cream
  • Wash the lemon, remove the zest and squeeze out the juice.
  • Mix the juice with sugar, egg and zest.
  • Bring to a boil with constant stirring and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Add turmeric.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Beat butter until fluffy.
  • Add lemon fudge in portions with constant whisk.
  • If the cream is liquid, then cool it for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. The cream should thicken but remain soft. Beat again briefly.
  • Assembly
  • We take out the middle from the cupcakes using a special device. If not, then with a coffee spoon. You don't have to.
  • Transfer the cream to a pastry bag with a nozzle.
  • Fill the cavity with cream and decorate on top.
  • Store in the refrigerator or eat right away.
