Ingredients

Tongue (pork or beef) 500 gr.
Leek (green part) 10 cm.
Carrot 1 small
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Peppercorns 3 pcs.
Onion 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 200 gr.
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste
Dried spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1) Rinse your tongue and put it in the multicooker bowl. Put the leeks, carrots, 1 onion (without peeling), bay leaf and peppercorns there. Start cooking for 2 hours (for pork tongues) or 3 hours (for large beef tongues) in the "Soup" mode.
  • 2) After cooking, strain the broth, cool and put it in the freezer "in reserve". We won't need it now. Cool the tongue, peel and cut into cubes.
  • 3) Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion in it. Add chopped tongue and sauté lightly.
  • 4) Add sour cream, salt, pepper and heat for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve with your favorite side dish
