Cooking method

  • There are many recipes for this spicy and tasty soup, I want to offer you my own version, which has taken root in our family. The recipe is compiled from the set, re-read in the tyrnet, and books.
  • Of course, I will cook it in my beloved Stesha (Shteba), because it is fast and delicious!
  • Since Stesha, my deushka is quick, I prepare everything at once, so that later nothing will get lost anywhere :))), and the main thing is not burnt while poking around, for example with slicing tomatoes or garlic.)).
  • So let's get started ...
  • Grind the nuts in a blender.

  • Dice the onion.

  • Tomatoes in a cube, or like my rings (mine from the freezer).
