Ingredients

Any raw liver 200 g
Onions or green onions or both 0.5 pcs / to taste
Butter / Fat 30 g (2 tbsp. L)
Roll / White bread 1 slice
Salt, red or black pepper taste
Parsley, dill or any other greens optional
Broth / sour cream of necessity

Cooking method

  • Wrap the liver in an envelope or a baking sleeve, cut holes, bake in the microwave at maximum power 4-5-6 times for 30 seconds with 15-second pauses (if you put 2-3 minutes at once, it will start shooting ...). During this time, finely chop the onion and, if it is onion, scroll it in a blender until porridge. Put the liver directly hot on the onion, pour the liquid remaining in the sleeve there, add butter / fat, chopped loaf / bread, salt, pepper, green onions and, if desired, herbs. Swirl in a blender until smooth. If it seems too cool, add broth or sour cream (I do not add, because it will cool down - it will harden). Warm airy pate is ready for breakfast! Such delicious.

The recipe was dug in her old notebook, it was written there even "under Tsar Pea, when there were Troja people." It took the liver 30 minutes to bake in foil in the oven in a thick-bottomed frying pan, then pass through a meat grinder, then rub through a sieve, something else, then add onions and rub through a sieve again ... Well, progress is not a hundredandt in place, thank God! And the pate is ready in less than 10 minutes.
And if you are not in a hurry, then you can add fried mushrooms ... or olives ...

Somehow I didn't make very good friends with mikra. Therefore, in the old fashioned way, I baked a liver in the oven. All the more so that the little child sleeps for a long time on vacation and my hand did not raise his hand to buzz with a blackender.
I liked the pate very much - dense, tender, not greasy, spreads well. And the daughter appreciated it. I will definitely do it, and more than once. Next time I'll try it in the micro.
