Ingredients

Chickpea dry 200 g
Walnuts 100 g
Bulgarian red pepper (large) 4 things
Garlic* 1 tooth.
White balsamic vinegar * 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley 1 \ 2 bundles

Cooking method

  • Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours, changing the water several times. Pour in new water, boil until tender. Drain the broth and leave for baking. Chop the chickpeas.
  • Chop the walnuts.
  • Pass the garlic through a press.
  • Bake the peppers in the oven at 220C until soft, then place in a bag, leave for 10 minutes. Then peel and remove seeds. Collect the released juice. Cut the peppers into strips.
  • Combine chickpeas, garlic, nuts, peppers, pepper juice, oil, mix, season over a wok. Add vinegar, mix again.
  • * Adjust the amount of garlic and vinegar to your liking. I use minimal.
  • Put the appetizer in portioned bowls, garnish with finely chopped parsley.
  • An original and festive lean snack. I really liked it with Borodino bread.)
