I have been on the site for a long time, but I was a passive reader, but here is such a thing, I decided to register. I want to share my purchase. I have long wanted to buy a mill. At first I wanted to order an overseas mill, but after talking with the owner (there are not so many of them), it turned out that the performance of the manual mill, for which I had enough money, did not correspond to the declared one. I was not ready to grind an hour (for a loaf).
I ordered myself a small hand mill, they made it for me in Dagestan. They are made for every taste and color, choice of stone, sizes, etc., etc. Here is the result. I tried wheat and sugar, it grinds well, In general, I post photos so that the people have an idea, because there is little information ... maybe someone can help.

forgo,
And how long does it take to grind 1 kg of flour with such a mill?

forgo,

Wow!! The unit, however!)))

Is it heavy? Are your hands heavy or just monotonous? Is it just flour, flour? I have a mill from Kitchen, so there is rather small meal / grains. How much did it cost?

Cool, but the place, due to the weight, should probably be stationary (you don't drag it every time). How long does it take to grind 500 grams of flour per loaf? Who in the family became a regular miller

The price depends on the size, mine is 25 cm (working part) -25tr. But they do it there in different sizes ... I won't tell you, it's better to talk to them, like even stones clamped by a hairpin, that is, thin (light)
I have it stationary, due to the fact that it weighs closer to 70 kg. and why wear it somewhere ...
So far I have tried only twice, until 1 kg of wheat is gone. In terms of performance, I can say the following, I need to train more, I downloaded the entire hole in the grain receiver and filled it, it turned out that the grain was crushed coarsely and came out, it was necessary to drive several ryaz away. Although in some cases this is exactly what is needed. Then I tried to pour the grain on top and gradually serve it a little, so much better, one or two passes and fine flour is ready. So, I won't say anything about productivity yet, you need to learn how to grind correctly, but the second time it went much faster.
Sugar is so in general, go through once and fine powder turned out, I immediately ground half a kilo (very quickly).
At the expense of the severity of the rotation, it all depends on what we are praying and to what state, my wife tried wheat, when a large one is generally easy, the smaller the heavier. Up to the state of fine flour, the wife could not be hard for her, but I repeat this due to the fact that the mill is large and heavy, if it were smaller and it would be easier to turn, but the productivity also fell ...
