That's interesting, all the recipes for a pie dough in milk. Or maybe dough with kefir or yogurt?

My mother "passed on" the recipe for dough for kefir pies by inheritance, although I did not make it in KhP.

Really, for so long, no one made pies from this dough? And which pies are better to make from it: fried or baked? For some reason, the oven has ceased to fury, and the fried ones do not always turn out to be "5". Therefore, if possible, in more detail: what pies, what filling, whether the dough and pies need to rise, how and on what to fry, etc. I have not tried making such a dough yet ..

My mother used to make fried pies on almost the same dough (+ vegetable oil 100ml). Any filling is suitable here.

+ vegetable oil 100ml
And so the recipe was interested in the lack of oil, without it how will it be?

Girls, in some magazine I stumbled upon a recipe for kefir cakes (I don't remember which one, but the author of the recipe is huge from me !!! Thanks), and I made such a recipe for myself - for a glass of kefir 0.5 tsp. ... salt and 1 tsp. no soda top. Add flour to make the dough very, very soft. The filling was made from eggs and green onions, from mashed potatoes with onions and liver (and without liver), with liver, with cabbage ... Only sweet fillings have not tried. Fried in odorless vegetable oil. The pies rise very well, bake well, and take little oil. And just cakes from this dough are also delicious. Only the oil should be well heated. It is delicious if you add a tablespoon of sour cream to kefir and it is also delicious from fermented baked milk. It is not necessary to extinguish soda - it will be extinguished in kefir. Extremely simple - but delicious!
