Pumpkin ragout with red lentils and bulgur (Turkish soup)

Ingredients

Pumpkin 500g
Sun-dried tomatoes 3-4 pcs
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Soup mixture 3-4 tbsp. l
Water 90-100 ml
Vegetable oil for frying 30 ml
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method

  • I cook a little pumpkin, which is not a very beautiful garden color, although it seems sweet.
  • I cook porridge, mashed soups and various stews.
  • I make such a stew with different cereals, this time there was a soup mixture of the Trade House Fair Yelli- Turkish soup.
  • Everything is very simple and fast, it takes longer to write and tell.
  • I cooked in Štebik DD2
  • Fry the garlic in any mode convenient for you, add tomatoes, pumpkin and soup mixture there. We fry everything for 5-7 minutes, there is just a wonderful aroma, I think frying allows you to reveal tastes and "make friends" products.
  • We close the lid. We select the Porridge mode for 8 minutes.
  • We open and eat with pleasure !!!

Note

Pumpkin is very useful, but many people don't like it. But not even fans eat this stew with a bang !!!
I cooked this option at work, everyone ate it, no one refused

Tanyuyuyush, and what is there in this soup mixture? I have a diced pumpkin in the freezer, I have bulgur, I have all kinds of lentils.
Are just frozen tomatoes sundried?
Why so little water? I probably want straight soup
Tanyulya
Irishka, if it's soup, then you definitely need more water.
In the mixture: red lentils, bulgur, dried vegetables (onions, tomatoes), spices (ground black pepper, turmeric)
Take pumpkin gram 500-600 lentils and bulgur 1 tbsp. l., spices and vegetables to taste.
Fry garlic + onion if you like + tomatoes and water a couple of multi-glasses, you can and a little more if you want soup.
In general, I already cook this soup without pumpkin, then you can use a blender + lemon juice + olive oil and a full buzz.

Tanyulya,
Tatiana, thanks for the recipe! Already cooked twice and the recipe went to the masses. I replaced the Turkish soup with lentils and bulgur, and added turmeric. I had fresh tomatoes.
